From the East:
Mass Turnpike West (I-90) to 495 North, Exit 11A
Follow 495 North to the 290 West Exit
Follow 290 West to Exit 16  (East Central Street)
Take a right at the bottom of the ramp
Go straight through next traffic light (Summer Street)
Continue straight crossing Worcester Center Blvd.  until you reach Main Street
Take a left onto Main Street, go through downtown area.
YMCA is approximately 1-1/4 miles on the right

From the North:
Route 495 South to 290 West Exit
Follow 290 West to Exit 16 (East Central Street)
Take a right at the bottom of the ramp
Go straight through next traffic light (Summer Street)
Continue straight crossing Worcester Center Blvd.  until you reach Main Street
Take a left onto Main Street, go through downtown area.

From the West:
Mass Turnpike to Exit 10 (Auburn)
Follow 290 East to Exit 16 (East Central Street)
Take a left at the bottom of the ramp
At second set of lights (Summer Street) go straight ahead
Continue straight crossing Worcester Center Blvd.  until you reach Main Street
Take a left onto Main Street, go through downtown area.
