Boys on the Go
A fun-filled, self-paced program that provides a guided approach to help improve routine physical activity and fitness levels. The program also includes practical ways to eat a balanced diet.
Our On the Go programs are geared towards girls and boys (in separate classes) who are typically less physically active than recommended and are above what pediatricians consider the ideal weight range for good health. The program is fun, interactive, and emphasizes positive self-esteem. Each program focuses on the individual needs and strengths of that gender.
The next session begins in June 2010 . The fee for the entire program is $20.00 and it includes a 7 week membership! Scholarships are available. Click here for a program registration form.
Description
All kids 8 - 14 years old are welcome. Classes meet one time each week and include thirty-minutes of interactive learning on nutrition and sixty-minutes of coach led group exercise.
Girls on the Go Mondays 5:00-6:30 pm
Boys on the Go Wednesdays 5:00-6:30 pm
