Registration

The staff at the Boroughs Family Branch YMCA are happy to offer mail-in program registration to all members. Please read carefully the following information regarding our registration process.

  • All members may fill out and mail or drop off their registration forms for Spring I (Spring I & Spring II for full privilege members only) anytime after receiving a brochure. However, only Family and Individual Full Privilege members' registrations will be processed from Feb 7th through Feb 13th, 2005.
  • Only Full Privilege members may register for both sessions during February registration dates.
  • Preschool/Youth/Teen (Program) Members' mail-in registrations for Spring I will be processed beginning Feb 15th. Registrations for Spring II will be processed beginning Apr 13th.
  • Open registration for Spring I begins Feb 22nd at 9:00 am and is ongoing. Open registration for Spring II begins Apr 20th and is ongoing. Nonmembers must register in person—mail-in registration is not available.
  • Registration forms will be accepted after the dates mentioned above, however, keep in mind, available program slots will be offered to the public during open registration.
  • Register Early! Programs may be cancelled if enrollments do not meet minimum requirements one week prior to the beginning of the session. If classes are cancelled by the YMCA, registrants will receive a program credit or refund.
  • Incomplete forms will not be processed. Forms must be complete, legible and include payment or credit card information.
  • Forms without payment will not be processed. Mailin registrations may be paid by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.
  • Completed forms with payment may be returned to the Boroughs Family Branch YMCA via mail, dropped off at the Welcome Center, or faxed to (508)870-1323.
  • Memberships must be active through the end of the program session for which you are registering. Continuous (bank-draft plan) members who have cancelled their membership, must reactivate membership in order to register for any programs atmember rates.
  • In order to control the volume of incoming calls we ask that you do not call to confirm your registration.  If we are unable to get you into your first class choice you will receive a phone call from a YMCA staff person to discuss your options. Receipts and confirmations will not be mailed, however they will be available for pick up at the Welcome Center.
  • Non-members may only participate in programs that offer a non-member rate. Please refer to the program guide for program availability.
