Health and Wellness

As a YMCA member, a number of classes and programs are offered as part of your membership, at no additional cost.

• This includes a New Member Personal Training in our Wellness Center by one of our qualified instructors. If you are new to our facility or need a refresher on any of our strength training or cardio equipment please do not hesitate to drop in or call to set-up an appointment! Our Wellness Center welcomes all members 13 years of age and over. If you need care for your child while you work out please check our Child Watch schedule for times and fun activities.

• As a service to our members, we offer a free fitness assessment to start you on the right track to a healthy lifestyle.

• Our group exercise classes are open to all members, from teens (13 years of age and over) to our senior members.  Regardless of your ability level, you can find the right class to reach your fitness goals. Our instructors can modify the exercises to match your individual needs. If you are curious about our classes and not yet sure what most interests you, we encourage you to drop in and try as many classes as you'd like.  They are all included in the price of your membership!
