*Camp Blanchard, on Lake Manchaug in Sutton, MA

- Registration form

- Health History/Emergency Medical Authorization Form

- Certificate of Immunization                                              (signed by healthcare provider)

- Transportation plan (camp-specific)

- Y Access application (if applying for financial assistance)

- Deposit: $15/week/camper

Too old to be a camper and to young to be a counselor!  The CIT program is for YOU.  It is designed to develop leadership skills, team building, and skill development in young people that are interested in being future camp staff.  CIT applicants undergo a formal interview process and will be invited to participate in the program.  Please see the documents below:

Directions to Camp Blanchard:

From Worcester via Route 146:  Take 146 South to Central Turnpike exit (Pleasant Valley Country Club).  Take right onto Central Turnpike and proceed for approximately 4 miles (straight through one stop sign at the Blue Jay Restaurant).  Turn left onto Manchaug Road and proceed approximately 2 miles to Camp Blanchard on the right.

From Worcester via I-290:  Take I-290 South to I-395 to Exit 4A, Sutton Ave., Sutton.  Proceed on Central Turnpike approximately 3 miles.  Take right onto Manchaug Road and proceed approximately 2 miles to Camp Blanchard on the right.
